Love the freelance life but want the stability of a steady schedule? As a Headkount Brand Advisor, you’ll represent multiple top beauty and skincare brands at Sephora, Ulta and other retailers across your market, with the flexibility you love plus W‑2 pay, training and support.

Part‑time W‑2 employment (not 1099). Competitive hourly pay based on experience. Work with multiple beauty and skincare brands. Scheduled at retail locations across your market. Weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and hit goals for the brands you support
• Train store teams on products and selling strategies
• Host and support in‑store brand events
• Keep merchandising sharp and on‑brand
• Complete a quick store survey after each shift and stay connected through the Headkount app

Requirements

• 2+ years of beauty freelance, brand or retail experience
• Strong selling and education background
• Experience hosting beauty events
• Confident, professional, team‑player attitude
• Drive to work independently
• Working smartphone and comfort with apps and video calls
• Reliable transportation to stores across the market
