About the role

As a Headkount Brand Advisor you’ll represent multiple top beauty and skincare brands at Sephora, Ulta and other retailers across Austin. The position offers the flexibility of freelance work with the stability of a steady W‑2 schedule, hourly pay, training and ongoing support.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and hit goals for the brands you support
• Train store teams on products and selling strategies
• Host and support in‑store brand events
• Keep merchandising sharp and on‑brand
• Complete a quick store survey after each shift and stay connected through the Headkount app

Requirements

• 2+ years of beauty freelance, brand or retail experience
• Strong selling and education background
• Experience hosting beauty events
• Confident, professional, team‑player attitude
• Drive to work independently
• Working smartphone and comfort with apps and video calls
• Reliable transportation to stores across the market

Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 / hour
