Location: Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX | Compensation: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour

About the role

Part-time W-2 employment (not 1099) representing multiple top beauty and skincare brands at Sephora, Ulta, and other retailers across the Dallas/Ft. Worth market. Steady scheduled hours with weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and hit goals for the brands you support
• Train store teams on products and selling strategies
• Host and support in-store brand events
• Keep merchandising sharp and on-brand
• Complete a quick store survey after each shift and stay connected through the Headkount app

Requirements

• 2+ years of beauty freelance, brand, or retail experience
• Strong selling and education background
• Experience hosting beauty events
• Confident, professional, team-player attitude
• Drive to work independently
• Working smartphone and comfort with apps and video calls
• Reliable transportation to stores across the market
