About the role

Love the freelance life but want the stability of a steady schedule? As a Headkount Brand Advisor, you’ll represent multiple top beauty and skincare brands at Sephora, Ulta and other retailers across Seattle, with the flexibility you love plus W-2 pay, training and support.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and hit goals for the brands you support
• Train store teams on products and selling strategies
• Host and support in-store brand events
• Keep merchandising sharp and on-brand
• Complete a quick store survey after each shift and stay connected through the Headkount app

Requirements

• 2+ years of beauty freelance, brand or retail experience
• A strong selling and education background
• Experience hosting beauty events
• A confident, professional, team-player attitude
• The drive to work independently
• A working smartphone and comfort with apps and video calls
• Reliable transportation to stores across the market

Pay

Compensation: $27.00 - $32.00 / hour
