About the role

Part-time W‑2 position (not 1099) representing rhode exclusively at Sephora locations across the Seattle market. Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the in‑store rhode expert and drive sales toward brand goals
• Educate shoppers and store teams on rhode’s products and story
• Host and support rhode launches and in‑store events
• Maintain rhode displays to brand standards
• Complete a brief store survey after each shift and stay connected via the Headkount app

Requirements

• 2+ years of beauty freelance, brand, or retail experience
• Genuine passion for rhode and skincare
• Strong selling and education background
• Experience hosting beauty events
• Confident, professional, team‑player attitude
• Ability to work independently
• Working smartphone and comfort with apps and video calls
• Reliable transportation to stores across the market
