About the role

Part-time W-2 employment (not 1099), dedicated to the point of view brand at Sephora locations across the market. Weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Become the in-store point of view expert and drive sales toward brand goals
• Educate shoppers and store teams on point of view’s products and story
• Host and support point of view launches and in-store events
• Keep point of view’s displays sharp and on-brand
• Complete a quick store survey after each shift and stay connected through the Headkount app

Requirements

• 2+ years of beauty freelance, brand, or retail experience
• Genuine passion for point of view and skincare
• Strong selling and education background
• Experience hosting beauty events
• Confident, professional, team-player attitude
• Drive to work independently
• Working smartphone and comfort with apps and video calls
• Reliable transportation to stores across the market
