BDC Representative - Miller Ford Lincoln Subaru

About the role

Miller Ford Lincoln Subaru is a family-owned and operated business serving the automotive needs of our friends and neighbors since 1912. We are currently recruiting for a BDC Representative to join our growing Internet Sales and Marketing Department in Lumberton, NJ. Ideal candidates will have a passion for customer service and be self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls
• Provide a first point of contact to all incoming sales leads
• Market to prospective and previous customers via email, text, and phone
• Prepare for and schedule sales appointments
• Build and maintain client relationships through our CRM system

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education
• Strong social skills with customer service experience
• Previous phone sales or CRM experience is a plus but not required
• Strong verbal and written skills
• Proficient computer skills with ability to learn new systems quickly
• Team-oriented with a career mindset

Schedule

Monday - Thursday from 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM; Friday from 11:00 AM until 7:00 PM; 1 Saturday per month.

Pay

Competitive compensation with bonuses, paying between $45,000 - $60,000 annually.
