Responsibilities
- Answers customer calls and establishes follows-up with sales appointments
- Responds quickly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates
- Provides customers with initial product information and directs them to the appropriate dealership resources
- Presents initial financing options based on customer needs
- Follows up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or are no-shows
- Participates in team and process development sessions, keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management
- Utilizes CRM tracking system daily
Qualifications
- Previous job involving customer service is preferred
- Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
- Prompt and courteous demeanor
- Positive and hardworking personality
- Strong computer skills
- Enjoys speaking to people, helping them with patient focus and attention
