Responsibilities

  • Answers customer calls and establishes follows-up with sales appointments
  • Responds quickly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates
  • Provides customers with initial product information and directs them to the appropriate dealership resources
  • Presents initial financing options based on customer needs
  • Follows up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or are no-shows
  • Participates in team and process development sessions, keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management
  • Utilizes CRM tracking system daily

Qualifications

  • Previous job involving customer service is preferred
  • Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
  • Prompt and courteous demeanor
  • Positive and hardworking personality
  • Strong computer skills
  • Enjoys speaking to people, helping them with patient focus and attention
