Automotive BDC Representative

Responsibilities

• Field inbound phone calls daily
• Make a minimum amount of inbound/outbound calls per day
• Generate sales appointments
• Record ALL customer interaction/activities in our CRM database
• Effectively manage special tasks as assigned by management
• Maintain and meet both individual and team goals

Requirements

• Experience desired; previous BDC, customer service, or sales experience a plus
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Excellent customer service skill
• Pleasant phone persona
• Computer literate
• Team-Orientated
• Able to multi-task
