Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via internet, phone, and email
• Help customers identify the best vehicle for their needs
• Mentor customers through the buying process by making appointments and following up

• Familiarity with technology, internet/social media, and various computer apps
• Quickly gain familiarity with our vehicles and their features
• A friendly, engaging manner to establish good relationships with customers
• Strong organizational skills, communication skills, ability to work independently, and a genuine desire to assist customers
• Multi-tasking in a very fast-paced environment with a professional and friendly demeanor
