Compensation

• Guaranteed first‑year salary: $102,000 – $104,400 per year
• Uncapped monthly bonus plan for higher earning potential
• Signing bonus and paid relocation assistance available

Schedule & Flexibility

Requirements

• Passion for helping children with autism and their families thrive
• Dedication to delivering high‑quality, ethical ABA services
• Master’s degree and BCBA certification (or certification in progress; new graduates welcome)
