Pay

Competitive compensation with a guaranteed first-year salary of $112,000 - $119,200 per year. Uncapped monthly bonus plan for higher earning potential, plus signing bonus or paid relocation if applicable. Earn up to $1,200 per year in bonus dollars through the Lifestyle Spending Account (Wellness Wallet) for perks like massages, gym memberships, and more.

Schedule

  • Option to work from home 1 day per week if center-based
  • Four 10-hour day schedule option
  • Most BCBAs end their day between 5:00 PM - 5:30 PM

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, ethical ABA services to children with autism and their families
  • Participate in sensory-friendly community events, Special Olympics, and local partnerships
  • Collaborate with peers and contribute to shaping programs and practices
  • Supervise and mentor future BCBAs if desired

Requirements

  • Master’s degree and BCBA certification (or certification in progress—new grads welcome)
  • Passion for helping children with autism and their families thrive
