About the Role

ABS Kids is seeking a passionate BCBA to join a company founded and led by BCBAs, where your expertise is respected and your career can thrive. Pay

$102,000 - $104,400 guaranteed first-year compensation, plus an uncapped monthly bonus plan for higher earning potential. Signing bonus and paid relocation are available.

Schedule

  • Option to work from home 1 day per week (if center-based)
  • Four 10-hour day schedule option
  • Most BCBAs end their day between 5:00–5:30 PM

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, ethical ABA services to children with autism and their families
  • Collaborate with a team of passionate professionals in a supportive and transparent work environment
  • Participate in sensory-friendly community events, Special Olympics, and local partnerships
  • Contribute to shaping programs and practices through your input
  • Supervise and mentor future BCBAs (if desired)

Requirements

  • Master’s degree and BCBA certification (or certification in progress—new grads welcome)
  • Dedication to ethical, high-quality ABA services
