Pay

Competitive compensation with a guaranteed first-year salary of $112,000 - $119,200 per year. Additional earning potential through an uncapped monthly bonus plan. Signing bonus and paid relocation may be available.

Schedule

  • Option to work from home 1 day per week (if center-based)
  • Four 10-hour day schedule option
  • Most BCBAs end their day between 5:00 PM - 5:30 PM

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, ethical ABA services to children with autism and their families
  • Collaborate with a team of passionate professionals in a supportive environment
  • Participate in community events such as sensory-friendly activities, Special Olympics, and local partnerships
  • Contribute to shaping programs and practices through transparent communication and input
  • Supervise and mentor future BCBAs (if desired)

Requirements

  • Master’s degree and BCBA certification (or certification in progress; new graduates welcome)
  • Passion for helping children with autism and their families thrive
