Pay
Competitive compensation with a guaranteed first-year salary of $112,000 - $119,200 per year. Additional earning potential through an uncapped monthly bonus plan. Signing bonus and paid relocation may be available.

Schedule
- Option to work from home 1 day per week (if center-based)
- Four 10-hour day schedule option
- Most BCBAs end their day between 5:00 PM - 5:30 PM
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, ethical ABA services to children with autism and their families
- Collaborate with a team of passionate professionals in a supportive environment
- Participate in community events such as sensory-friendly activities, Special Olympics, and local partnerships
- Contribute to shaping programs and practices through transparent communication and input
- Supervise and mentor future BCBAs (if desired)
Requirements
- Master’s degree and BCBA certification (or certification in progress; new graduates welcome)
