BCBA Trainee/ Behavior Trainee

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to children diagnosed with ASD.
• Aid clients in increasing independence, skill development, self-care, safety, sensory processing, communication, and other areas.
• Participate in family and caregiver training.
• Observe and direct to direct care staff.

Requirements

• In a Masters Program for ABA OR have completed MA degree with intent to pursue your BCBA.
• Ability to pass DHS background check.
• Reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• In a Masters Program for ABA.
• Completed MA degree with intent to pursue your BCBA.
• Passionate about children with special needs and enjoys making a difference in the lives of children and families.
• Experience with preschool-aged children, children with diverse needs, autism, or a mental health diagnosis are highly preferred but not required.
• Ability to pass DHS background check.
• Reliable transportation.

Pay

The starting pay for this role is $52,000 annually.

Standard business hours- no nights or weekends!
