About the Role

Responsibilities
- Gain hands-on experience in treatment plan development, behavior intervention, parent training, assessment scoring, and data analysis.
- Support children with autism and other needs through evidence-based, play-filled therapies across multiple disciplines.
- Collaborate with experienced BCBAs and participate in mentorship, workshops, and leadership opportunities.
Requirements
- Prior RBT experience and current employment with the organization.
- Enrolled or planning to enroll in a BCBA program within three months.
