The Role
The BCBA will conduct evaluations, behavioral assessments, and functional assessments to identify needs and develop individualized intervention plans for home, school, and community settings. Services will be provided both center-based and in-home.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of a master's degree and 2 years of relevant experience
- A current Board Certification as a BCBA with experience in early childhood, Autism, and individuals with special needs
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle liability coverage
- Excellent multitasking abilities
