As a Behavior Specialist / Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at May Institute School for Autism and Developmental Disabilities, you'll work alongside a dedicated team of BCBAs who provide mentorship, consultation, and ongoing professional growth. Using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), you'll develop individualized treatment plans, conduct assessments, and train staff to support school-aged children with developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Conduct assessments to evaluate progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Train staff on best practices in behavior analysis and support
- Mentor and consult with other BCBAs and educational staff
- Participate in research activities and publish findings
Requirements
- Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, or a related field
- BCBA certification or must be in the process of obtaining certification
- Strong skills in problem-solving, leadership, and clinical assessment
- Passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities

Pay
- Without BCBA certification: \$63,000 - \$73,000 annually
- With BCBA certification: \$77,000 - \$87,000 annually
