Behavior Specialist (BCBA)

Key Responsibilities

• C Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for students.
• S Supervise and support school staff in implementing behavior strategies and positive behavior supports.
• D Data monitoring and adjustment: Collect and analyze data to monitor intervention effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed

Requirements

• NJ BCBA license
• 1-2 years experience working in a school setting
