BCBA- Behavior Analyst or Licensed Behavior Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized behavior plans based on functional assessments
• Conduct functional assessments and analyze data to inform intervention strategies
• Train staff and families in behavior analysis techniques
• Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support

Requirements

• Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• BCBA certification or current license as a Behavior Analyst
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or other disabilities
• Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications

• Knowledge of data collection and analysis tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
