BCBA- Behavior Analyst or Licensed Behavior Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Evaluate and modify interventions based on data analysis
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Provide training and consultation to staff members
• Conduct assessments and progress monitoring
• Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in behavior analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• BCBA certification or equivalent experience
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
