About the role
Covenant Case Management Services is seeking a skilled and experienced Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) to provide specialized consultation services for members exhibiting challenging behaviors. You will develop and implement individualized behavior support plans to address these behaviors and improve outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee behavior support plans following Clinical Coverage Policy 8P
- Conduct behavior analysis: observe clients, identify challenging behaviors, record and analyze data, and monitor implementation of support plans
- Assess member progress, revise Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs) as needed, and work to decrease target behaviors
- Provide monthly training sessions to members, staff, and caregivers on positive behavior techniques
- Independently manage a caseload, participate in treatment plan meetings, and collaborate with the care team
- Utilize tele-consultation services when necessary
Requirements
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or Psychology
- Full licensure with the North Carolina Behavior Analyst Licensure Board
- Criminal background check clearance
- Not listed in the NC Health Care Abuse Registry
- Active NPI number, CAQH, and NCTracks profile
- Professional liability insurance coverage of at least $1 million/$3 million
Qualifications
- Experience working with individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (I/DD), autism, or Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) preferred but not required
- Familiarity with the NC Innovations Waiver program is preferred
Pay
$1,000 sign-on bonus included.
