Jump Ahead Pediatrics is actively seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team near North Bergen, New Jersey, for a full-time school-based role. Opportunities are available State-wide and Nation-wide. Growth within the company is available and encouraged.

Schedule

Hours: 8:30am-3:15pm, M-F

Pay

$70-$80 hr

Responsibilities

• Assessment and Intervention: Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for students.
• Supervision and Support: Supervise and support school staff in implementing behavior strategies and positive behavior supports.
• Data Monitoring and Adjustment: Collect and analyze data to monitor intervention effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.

Requirements

• Current BCBA Certification — Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Current New Jersey Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LBA) License — NJ Division of Consumer Affairs
• 1-2 years experience working in a school setting
