About the role
Join MeBe as an RBT and enroll in MeBe’s Candidate Program! MeBe is dedicated to empowering families, professionals, and communities through evidence-based therapies for children with autism and other special needs.
Responsibilities
- Hands-on training that goes beyond exam preparation
- Connect with peers and work closely with experienced BCBAs
- Develop leadership skills, cultural competency, and a broader understanding of the industry
- Gain experience in various areas such as initial and updated treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, parent training, insurance fluency, program development, data analysis, scoring and implementing assessments, conflict resolution, and effective supervision
Requirements
- Previous RBT experience and currently employed at MeBe
- Pursuing a career as a BCBA
- Enrolled in or plan to enroll in a BCBA program through an online or in-person university or college within the next three months
Qualifications
- Pass the RBT certification exam through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices and child development
