About the Role
Join MeBe as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and enroll in MeBe’s Candidate Program, a supervised fieldwork training program for aspiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). MeBe provides evidence-based therapies for children with autism and other special needs, focusing on play-filled, research-based care across disciplines including OT, Speech, and ABA.
The MeBe Candidate Program offers unlimited, free supervised fieldwork hours, a comprehensive curriculum, and hands-on training to prepare you for the BCBA exam. Beyond exam preparation, the program fosters leadership skills, cultural competency, and industry understanding while building a supportive community of peers and experienced BCBAs.

Requirements
- Previous RBT experience and newly employed at MeBe (must be a MeBe employee to be selected for the Candidate Program)
- Pursuing a career as a BCBA
- Enrolled in a BCBA program through an online or in-person university/college, or plans to enroll within the next three months

Pay
$22–$27/hour, depending on experience.
