About the role
Join MeBe as an RBT and enroll in MeBe’s Candidate Program! MeBe is a provider of evidence-based therapies for children with autism and other special needs. Our mission is to empower families, professionals, and communities by educating and training them on evidence-based approaches.
Responsibilities
- Hands-on training that goes beyond preparing learners to sit for the exam
- Connect with and support fellow candidates
- Develop leadership skills, cultural competency, and a broader understanding of the industry
- Work closely with experienced BCBAs
- Develop initial and updated treatment plans
- Create behavior intervention plans
- Train parents in behavior management techniques
- Implement parent training
- Score and implement assessments such as VBMAPP, EFL, AFLS, Vineland, etc.
- Resolve conflicts
- Provide effective supervision
Requirements
- Previous RBT experience and newly employed at MeBe!
- Pursuing a career as a BCBA
- Enrolled in BCBA program through an online or in-person University or College or plans to do so in the next three months.
