About the Role
We designed this role based on what BCBAs told us matters most: manageable caseloads, in-person mentorship, peer collaboration, and minimal administrative work. Clinicians grow fastest through real-time coaching, daily peer interaction, and immediate access to senior clinical leadership—all of which require being center-based. If your top priority is schedule flexibility, this role may not be the right fit. If becoming a stronger clinician with defined career growth is your goal, we’d love to connect.
