BCBA Maryland

Lead clinical quality, mentor BCBAs, and shape ABA care across Maryland.

Pay

$95,000-$140,000 per year + up to $40K retention bonus + $10K sign-on or relocation bonus + performance bonus

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• Almost 30 days off annually: 20 days PTO plus 7 paid holidays; CEU days, conferences, company events, and training do not count toward this number

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload typically capped at 8-10 enrolled children
• Focus on clinical work while dedicated center staff handle scheduling, billing, and staffing logistics

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification
• Maryland licensure (or eligibility prior to start)

About the Role

We are center-based to provide real-time coaching, daily peer collaboration, and immediate access to senior clinical leadership. This role is designed for clinicians who prioritize growth and career development over schedule flexibility.
