Pay
$95,000-$140,000 per year + up to $40K retention bonus + $10K sign-on or relocation bonus + performance bonus
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- Almost 30 days off annually: 20 days PTO plus 7 paid holidays, plus CEU days, conferences, company events, and training
- Caseload typically capped at 8-10 enrolled children
- Dedicated Center Administrators handle scheduling logistics

Education and Career Growth

Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of 8-10 enrolled children
- Receive mentorship from Area Clinical Leaders in your center every week
- Collaborate with 300+ BCBAs across 6 states
- Access structured consultation and high-level clinical support as needed
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification
- Maryland licensure (or eligibility prior to start)
About the Role
We prioritize real-time coaching, daily peer collaboration, and immediate access to senior clinical leadership, which requires being in the center. This role is designed for clinicians focused on growth and career development rather than schedule flexibility.
