BCBA Maryland

Lead clinical quality, mentor BCBAs, and shape ABA care across Maryland.

Pay

$95,000–$140,000 per year + up to $40K retention bonus + $10K sign-on or relocation bonus + performance bonus

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• Almost 30 days off annually: 20 days PTO plus 7 paid holidays; CEU days, conferences, company events, and training do not count toward PTO

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload typically capped at 8–10 enrolled children
• Focus on clinical work while dedicated center administrators handle scheduling logistics

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification
• Maryland licensure (or eligibility prior to start)

About the Role

We are a center-based provider; this role is not hybrid or home-based. Real-time coaching, daily peer collaboration, and immediate access to senior clinical leadership require being in the center.
