About the role

Provide clinical supervision and support to BCBA staff in an ABA center setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise BCBA staff in implementing evidence-based practices
• Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback
• Develop and implement training programs for new staff
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure client success

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis preferred
• BCBA certification required
• At least 2 years of experience in ABA

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in data analysis and report writing
