About the role
This position offers an opportunity to support individuals with autism spectrum disorder through evidence-based interventions.Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
- Conduct assessments to inform intervention strategies.
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss progress and plan next steps.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Experience with data collection and analysis.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
