About the role
This position is available at our center in [City, State]. We are seeking an experienced ABA Therapist to join our team.Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
- Provide direct therapy services to clients, including behavior analysis and intervention strategies.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to inform treatment planning.
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Document progress notes and maintain client records according to regulatory standards.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligibility to sit for the BCBA examination within the next 6 months.
- Experience with data collection and analysis tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
