About the role

This position offers an opportunity to provide ABA therapy services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavior analysis and experience working with children.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
  • Conduct assessments and progress evaluations to monitor client improvement.
  • Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to ensure consistent support.
  • Train and supervise other staff members providing ABA services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
  • Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time position, 40 hours per week. Flexible scheduling available to accommodate personal and professional commitments.
