About the role
This position offers an opportunity to provide ABA therapy services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavior analysis and experience working with children.Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
- Conduct assessments and progress evaluations to monitor client improvement.
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to ensure consistent support.
- Train and supervise other staff members providing ABA services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
