ABA Clinical Supervisor (BCBA)

About the role

This position offers an opportunity to provide ABA therapy services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and adolescents.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
• Provide direct therapy sessions to clients as per the treatment plan.
• Document progress notes and report client progress to parents/guardians and supervising BCBA.
• Participate in team meetings and supervision sessions.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in ABA therapy.
• Valid CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Knowledge of autism spectrum disorders and ability to develop effective intervention strategies.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on experience.

Schedule

Flexible schedule available, including evenings and weekends, with the option to work remotely.
