About the role
This position is available at our center located in [City, State]. We are seeking an experienced ABA Therapist to join our team.Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
- Provide therapy sessions to clients in accordance with their treatment plans.
- Monitor and document client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with other members of the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations as needed.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
- Valid CPR and First Aid certifications.
- Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
Qualifications
- Experience working with children and adolescents.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for supporting individuals with autism and their families.
