About the role

This position offers an opportunity to work with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. You will provide evidence-based interventions and support to enhance communication, social skills, and daily living activities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
  • Provide direct therapy services to clients in a variety of settings including schools, homes, and community centers.
  • Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Evaluate client progress regularly and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with ASD or similar developmental disabilities.
  • Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.

Pay

Salary range: $40,000 - $50,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, with flexible scheduling to accommodate client needs.
