ABA Clinical Supervisor (BCBA)

About the role

This position offers an opportunity to provide ABA therapy services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and adolescents.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
• Conduct assessments and progress evaluations to inform treatment adjustments.
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to support therapeutic goals.
• Provide direct therapy sessions to clients in home or community settings.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in ABA therapy.
• Valid CPR and first aid certifications.
• Knowledge of autism spectrum disorders and effective intervention strategies.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on experience.

Schedule
