About the role
This position offers an opportunity to provide ABA therapy services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and adolescents.Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
- Conduct assessments and progress evaluations to inform treatment adjustments.
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to support therapeutic goals.
- Provide direct therapy sessions to clients in home or community settings.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in ABA therapy.
- Valid CPR and first aid certifications.
- Knowledge of autism spectrum disorders and effective intervention strategies.
Qualifications
