About the role

This position offers an opportunity to provide ABA therapy services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in a supportive and engaging environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping children and adults improve their social, communication, and behavioral skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments and goals set by the BCBA.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions to support client progress.
  • Document sessions accurately and maintain thorough client records.
  • Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to ensure consistent support.
  • Participate in regular supervision meetings with the BCBA.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with ASD.
  • Valid CPR and first aid certifications.
  • Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.

Qualifications
