About the role
This position offers an opportunity to provide ABA therapy services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in a supportive and engaging environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping children and adults improve their social, communication, and behavioral skills.Responsibilities
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments and goals set by the BCBA.
- Implement evidence-based interventions to support client progress.
- Document sessions accurately and maintain thorough client records.
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to ensure consistent support.
- Participate in regular supervision meetings with the BCBA.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with ASD.
- Valid CPR and first aid certifications.
- Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
