About the role

This position offers an opportunity to provide ABA therapy services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills and a passion for working with children.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
  • Conduct assessments and progress evaluations to inform treatment planning.
  • Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Provide direct therapy sessions to clients in various settings.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in ABA therapy.
  • Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or eligibility to obtain within the next 6 months.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using assessment tools and software.
