About the role
This position offers an opportunity to provide ABA therapy services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills and a passion for working with children.Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
- Conduct assessments and progress evaluations to inform treatment planning.
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide direct therapy sessions to clients in various settings.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in ABA therapy.
- Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or eligibility to obtain within the next 6 months.
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
