About the role

As a member of our bar team, you will play a vital role in maintaining efficient operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Maintain established stock levels by transporting cases of beverages from walk-in coolers to the bar and preparing requisitions as needed
• Ensure a constant supply of ice, glassware, and drink garnishes, while rotating fresh fruit to maintain quality
• Keep all areas of the bar clean and organized, including restocking kegs in the walk-in coolers and rotating bottled beer in reach-in coolers
• Empty trash bins in the bar area and ensure proper disposal
• Perform other duties as assigned to support overall team objectives

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum of 6 months of related experience
• Bilingualism is preferred but not required
• Ability to manage high-volume and stressful situations effectively
• Excellent communication skills for providing exceptional guest service
• Comfortable working in a casino environment with exposure to smoke, bright lights, and noise
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 25-30 pounds
• Endurance to walk and stand throughout assigned shifts
• Able to obtain/maintain necessary licenses and/or certifications as required by local gaming regulations
