Expertise in preparing a variety of Asian dishes, such as stir-fries and noodle-based dishes, is essential. A strong understanding of Asian cooking techniques, such as wok cooking, steaming, and braising, is highly valued. Responsibilities

• Participate in line checks
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all kitchen areas
• Ensure prep meets the Chef's standards for Asian-inspired offerings

• Support daily sanitation efforts

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of previous cooking experience is preferred
• Experience utilizing a wok or other traditional Asian cuisine equipment is preferred
