Auxiliary -- 2nd Shift (2:30p to 1:00a M-TH)

Auxiliary I

• Assist the Operator in the setup and operation of production equipment according to detailed work instructions.
• Verify that materials used align with production schedules and brand specifications.
• Maintain appropriate material levels to support continuous production flow.
• Communicate effectively any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns with operators and supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to quickly learn, retain, and apply knowledge across various duties and department.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail, proactive approach, and consistent follow-through.
• Flexibility to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Previous experience in manufacturing machine operations preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent walking, climbing, stooping, and reaching.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Visual acuity is sufficient to distinguish color variations, read product labels, and identify non-tobacco related materials.

Working Conditions

• This role is based on a fast-paced, climate-controlled production environment.
• Requires standing for extended periods.
• Exposure to manufacturing noise.
• Must follow all safety, hygiene, and PPE (personal protective equipment) protocols.
