Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to both internal and external guests, maintaining a professional and helpful attitude at all times
• Scrape and clean dishes, silverware, and glassware by hand or using an automatic dishwasher
• Wash pots, pans, and trays
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors
• Remove all trash from kitchen areas
• Ensure the dish room is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
• Additional reasonable duties may be assigned to support the overall cleanliness and efficiency of the kitchen

Qualifications

• High School/GED preferred
• 3-6 months experience preferred
• Bi-lingual is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Carry and balance trays of beverages
• Lift up to 25-30 lbs
• Stand for long periods
• Navigate crowded spaces
• Flexibility in bending and reaching
• Adaptability to casino conditions, including bright lights and noise
