Responsibilities
- Mix and serve drinks to guests and cocktail servers
- Ring guest checks, collect cash and process credits and room charges
- Complete liquor requisitions and supply lists
- Ensure established pars are maintained
- Perform sidework duties according to schedules
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
- Lifting capacity: 20 - 40 lbs.
- Pushing carts: 50 - 100 lbs.
- Continuous standing: 100% of the time scheduled
- Climbing stairs: 20% of 8 hours
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Bartending training and certification
- TIPS Certified
