Bachendorf's Sales Associate - Luxury Timepieces (Timepieces Exp. Req.)

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients and deliver elevated luxury experiences
• Discover customer needs through a consultative sales approach
• Educate clients on Rolex timepieces, craftsmanship, and product offerings
• Maintain knowledge of current product availability and recommend appropriate timepieces
• Foster repeat business through exceptional customer service and client follow up
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain accurate client records within the CRM system
• Maintain a polished, organized showroom that reflects Rolex brand standards
• Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and discretion
• Participate in ongoing product knowledge and luxury sales training
• Achieve individual and store goals for sales, client development, and customer acquisition

Qualifications

• Strong background selling high-end, luxury timepieces experience required
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills required
• Proven ability to build lasting relationships with luxury clientele required
• Ability to work weekends and holidays required

Pay & Benefits

• On Target Yearly Earnings (base + commissions): $90,000-$110,000
• Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO
• Full-Time, 40 hours per week
• Schedule will vary; must be able to work weekends
• Store Hours: Monday-Saturday, 11 AM – 6 PM, Sunday 12 PM – 6 PM
