Bachendorf's: Sales Associate (luxury exp req; jewelry exp NOT req)

About the role

We’re partnering with Bachendorf’s to expand their sales team at their Dallas location. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse clientele and creating meaningful experiences that drive sales of their hand selected diamonds, designer jewelry, and luxury timepieces. They are looking for candidates who understand that presentation matters. Someone who is composed and discreet while maintaining the confidence and professionalism needed to build rapport with a discerning clientele.

Most of their sales team has been with the company for over 10 years, which speaks to the culture they've built. Unlike larger organizations, you'll never feel like just another number. Responsibilities

• Greet customers and educate them on current promotions
• Maintain inventory awareness and recommend merchandise
• Discover customer needs through a consultative sale approach
• Implement strategies to boost sales and profitability
• Maintain a visually appealing, organized store
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Foster repeat business by building relationships with customers
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Update customer records within CRM system
• Maintain brand standards and pursue continuous product training
• Achieve individual and store goals for sales and customer acquisition

Qualifications

• Luxury retail sales experience required
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills required
• Professional, polished, and client focused demeanor required
• Ability to work weekends and holidays required

Benefits

Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, and PTO. The schedule will vary, with core hours of 40 hours per week, and the ability to work weekends is required. Store hours are Monday-Saturday, 11 AM – 6 PM, and Sunday 12 PM – 6 PM.

Pay

On Target Yearly Earnings (base + commissions): $75,000-$95,000, with a Base Salary: $62,000-$70,000 (paid hourly) + Uncapped Commissions.
