We’re partnering with Bachendorf’s as they continue to expand their Rolex team at their Galleria location in Dallas. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Rolex Sales Professional looking to leverage their background with a company that has built one of the strongest reputations in the luxury jewelry industry with the DFW area. Most of their sales team has been with the company for over 10 years, which speaks to the culture they've built. Unlike larger organizations, you'll never feel like just another number. Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients and deliver an elevated luxury experience
• Discover customer needs through a consultative sales approach
• Educate clients on Rolex timepieces, craftsmanship, and product offerings
• Maintain knowledge of current product availability and recommend appropriate timepieces
• Foster repeat business through exceptional customer service and client follow up
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain accurate client records within the CRM system
• Maintain a polished, organized showroom that reflects Rolex brand standards
• Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and discretion
• Participate in ongoing product knowledge and luxury sales training
• Achieve individual and store goals for sales, client development, and customer acquisition

Qualifications

• Rolex sales experience required
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills required
• Proven ability to build lasting relationships with luxury clientele required
• Ability to work weekends and holidays required

Benefits

Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO, and relocation assistance are available. On Target Yearly Earnings (base + commissions): $110,000-$115,000+

Schedule

Core Hours: 40 hours; must be able to work weekends. Schedule will vary. Store Hours: Monday-Saturday, 11 AM – 6 PM, Sunday 12 PM – 6 PM
