About the role

Ben Bridge Jeweler's store in Downtown Portland is seeking a full-time sales associate. This location sells the following brands: Rolex, Cartier, Tudor, Panerai, Tag Heuer, Norqain, Hamilton, Nomos, and Tissot.

Ben Bridge Sales Associates are energetic and committed to creating unforgettable moments that leave lasting memories. They are self-starters who love building lasting relationships and work well independently and in small, close-knit teams. Our Sales Associates show merchandise with enthusiasm and creativity.

Responsibilities

  • Develop authentic relationships with customers by assessing their needs, making personalized product recommendations, and creating a memorable experience
  • Cultivate an in-depth knowledge of products and provide product knowledge, features, and benefits to all customers when presenting merchandise
  • Connect with existing and potential customers and maintain customer information utilizing company-supported technology
  • Inspect customers' timepieces and consult on repairs

Requirements

  • Flexible with work schedule, including holidays

  • Bilingual is a plus but not required
  • Minimum of 2 years of selling experience in a retail environment; or a combination of 3+ years of customer service experience and education
  • Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent
