About the role

We are seeking a full-time sales associate for our Ben Bridge Jeweler store in El Paso. Our ideal candidate will have experience in fine jewelry or luxury sales.

Responsibilities

  • Develop authentic relationships with customers by assessing their needs and making personalized product recommendations
  • Cultivate an in-depth knowledge of products and provide product knowledge, features, and benefits to customers when presenting merchandise
  • Connect with existing and potential customers and maintain customer information using company-supported technology
  • Inspect and clean customers' jewelry and consult on repairs for jewelry and timepieces

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and high integrity
  • Flexible with work schedule, including holidays

  • Bilingual is a plus but not required
  • Minimum of 2 years of selling experience in a retail environment or a combination of 3+ years of customer service experience and education
  • Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges. Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience levels, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • The full-time hourly schedule is designed to provide flex staffing during key events and peak selling times.
  • You will be eligible for health and welfare benefits (provided you meet the minimum work requirement of 20 hours/week) in addition to sales bonus, monthly incentives, and SPIFFs.
  • Other benefits include employee merchandise discounts, paid training, and paid time off, such as: vacation, holidays, bereavement, and jury duty.
  • Paid training includes certification from the Gemological Institute of America (following completion of one year service time).
